- Magazine reload time was reduced from 17.62 to 16.64 s.
Enhanced armor:
- From 150 to 180 mm for the upper glacis plate.
- From 80 to 100 mm for the sides of the cabin and the upper part of the sides of the hull.
- From 120 to 250 mm for the machine gun mantlet.
- From 0 to 100 mm for the space behind the gun mantlet.
All gun mantlet armor was evened out at 250 mm.
For the Cannone da 105 Rh V1 gun:
- Autoreload time was increased from 8.63/7.67/5.75 to 9.11/8.15/6.23 seconds for the first, second, and third shell, respectively.
For the 152 mm XM150E3 gun:
- The average penetration of an APCR shell was decreased from 230 to 210 mm.
- The velocity of an APCR and HE shell was decreased.
Armor:
- The armor of the sides and of the lower and upper glacis plates of the hull was weakened from 52 to 40 mm.
- The armor of the rear part of the hull was weakened from 40 to 30 mm.
Enhanced hull armor:
- From 100 to 120 mm for the upper glacis plate of the hull.
- From 60 to 90 mm for the lower glacis plate of the hull and the machine gun mantlet.
Enhanced armor for the Turm-Panther (schmale Blende) turret:

Enhanced armor for the Panther II Schmalturm turret:
- From 150 to 170 mm for the turret front.

All gun mantlet armor was evened out at 150 mm.
Enhanced hull armor:
- From 80 to 110 mm for the upper glacis plate of the hull.
- From 60 to 85 mm for the lower glacis plate of the hull.
- From 80 to 110 mm for the machine gun mantlet.
Enhanced armor for the Panther mit 8,8 cm Kw.K. 43 L/71 turret:
- From 150 to 160 mm for the turret front.
- From 60 to 85 mm for the turret sides.
All gun mantlet armor was evened out at 150 mm.
- Dispersion on hull traverse was decreased.
- Dispersion after firing was decreased for the 57 mm L/100 gun.
Enhanced armor:
- From 127 to 140 mm for the gun mantlet.
- From 25 to 30 mm for the turret roof.
- From 127 to 140 mm for the glacis place of the turret.
- From 127 to 140 mm for the two upper glacis plates of the hull.
Vehicle durability was increased from 620 to 680 HP.
For the 76 mm S-54 gun:
- Reload time was reduced from 8.44 to 7.57 s.
- Aiming time was reduced from 5.4 to 5.0 s.
- Dispersion at 100 m was decreased from 0.41 to 0.4 m.
Vehicle durability was increased from 630 to 680 HP.
The hull traverse speed of the Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. H suspension was increased from 33.38 to 35.46 deg/s.
For the 7,5 cm Kw.K. 40 L/48 gun:
- Dispersion at 100 m was decreased from 0.374 to 0.355 m.
- Reload time was reduced from 8.05 to 7.67 s.
Vehicle durability was increased from 770 to 800 HP.
The average penetration of an AP shell was increased from 91 to 110 mm.
The armor of some front parts of the hull and turret was enhanced from 114 to 120 mm.
Maximum reverse speed was increased from 10 to 12 km/h.
Enhanced armor:
- From 50 to 60 mm for the hull sides.
- From 80 to 120 mm for the upper glacis plate.
For the FCM F1 turret:
- The armor of the glacis plate and the front part of the commander's cupola was enhanced from 105 to 140 mm.
Vehicle durability was increased from 620 to 680 HP.
For the 57 mm 55-57FG gun:
- The average penetration of an AP shell was increased from 112 to 118 mm.
